I reckon about 10% of indonesian reports of hanging suicides mention the presence of shit or spunk or both, sometimes when there's a question of whether it really was a suicidal hanging or whether the guy had been killed some other way then strung up to make it look as if he had hanged hmself. And just occasionally they say that they're convinced it was a suicide although there wasn't any shit or sperm in his pants. so clearly they're using it as a screening - if there's a protuding tongue (by far the best evidence for a genuine hanging, but not actually that common) or shit and/or spunk, they're happy to assume he hanged himself, if there's none of them they might want to check more carefully. And sometimes they mention piss as well, but I guess that's just too commom with other forms of death to be good evidence.

It is nice that we do get the accounts of the presence of semen on occasion. Even though someone might be hanging themselves out of depression or desperation, it doesn't mean they can't be aroused by the thought. Everyone has heard a hanging can make a man cum.
