Very young boys are often both victims and perpetrators in the drug wars.The youngest of the guys that were dumped on the highway was reported to be fifteen years old, and I also remember a fifteen-year-old listed on a Blog del Narco post about another body dump. There was a chilling news story from Texas about teen gang members who were caught on taping laughing about torturing their victims, and last year the Mexican police arrested a trained killer who was only fourteen or so. There was also a pair of teenage kidnappers who were lynched by a mob a few years back. I don't remember the details, but I can think of several similar cases. The gangs (who are often mixed up with the government and police) also kill women with impunity. It's one of the more depressing aspects of the whole mess.

Always wondered what I would do if I found a handsome boy/man hanging. How long would I take before calling someone. Would I take the body down in hope of reviving it for my pleasure or would just watch the lifeless corpse hang. Questions?

I guess they blindfold them when the victims are very scared or are violent or likely to cause trouble... The really weird thing is that these guys' average age is 23, but to me they look in their 30s or even older.

But yes, a missed opportunity for a perfect hanging. The recent bear hangings without blindfolds were missed opportunities too: one was at night from a crane, and the other was nearly perfect (the shaved-headed guy on the gallows at dawn), but in the pictures you couldn't see his face, because his body had twisted round. Come on Iran: you've had plenty of practice. How hard can it be?: Proper gallows, daylight, hands bound, no blindfold, make sure the rope isn't twisted, HD camera. EASY!
