A detainee for alarm and scandal and physical injuries hangs himself to death inside Jaro Municipal Police Station lock up cell.
The detainee was identified as Ben Colango, 45 years old, single, jobless, and a resident of Brgy. Macanip Jaro Leyte[, Philippines] and allegedly suffering from mental illness.
He was detained for safe keeping due to his unruly and uncontrollable behavior.

It happened in Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines on March 18, 2016

This is the full description:

A man who caught his wife cheating commits suicide by hanging himself with a rope inside his house at Brgy.Palanog Tacloban City.
Cecilio Esgana, 32 years, a father of three was discovered lifeless by his neighbor at around 2 o'clock in the afternoon today.
Investigators from Tacloban Police Station 2 is eyeing "jealousy" as the motive of the suicide.
Cecilio discovered his wife "Maria" cheating and exchanging sweet conversation on Facebook with the alleged "gigolo".
"Maria" is currently in Kuwait as a domestic helper.
