Looks extremely real to me.
Amazes me that so many guys still think a pic with feet on the floor must be fake, when there's so many clearly genuine pics on here to prove otherwise - and some vids. Just have a look at the famous Swedish guy hanging himself - all he did was put a noose round his neck while standing, bend his legs so the noose took his weight and, hey presto, the hanging took its course. Unless the guy manages to stand up, and loosen the noose before he passes out. In the swedish case, he had a lot of slack on the nose so he ended up almost lying, face down and only just off the floor, virtually fucking the floor as his final act.
