I think those are the guys hanged off a couple of buses. I saw a couple vids of it on Liveleak I think. One of them falls over, feet dragging on the bus as it pulls away and leaves him swinging.

Yes they are those guys, and I like the brightening up so we can see their faces.

The guy in the striped shirt could just feel the scaffold poles beneath his feet - an error of measurement by the hangmen, or a deliberate mind game? Just imagine hanging there, feeling safety under his toes, but still slowly strangling. The victim doesn't look too put out by it, though.
