Great New Case

Unknown age, but no older than 30 IMO. He put a towel to reduce the pain and bruisinig. He didn't manage to have a full suspension so death was slow. It took a couple of minute for dude to pass out first then croak. He probably passed out from Cerebral anoxia first (the lack of oxygen to the brain) because he compressed his blood vessels in the neck and then came asphyxia (where the whole body suffers from lack of oxygen).
