It's gonna be tougher, as the latter countries you mentioned generally don't allow indiscriminate hoards of photographers (qualified as anybody with a camera) to swarm death scenes. In South American and Asia, it's all about money--getting the most graphic photo to the highest bidder (usually a rag newspaper or website).
