This guy was obviously hanged in public just before dawn, and cut down in daylight.

Pyjama-clad convicts swing from the gallows during execution by public hanging in Kuwait. (Look at the old perv videoing the hanging prisoner in the last image... there is another shot of him somewhere looking at the same prisoner's crotch to see if he has a hard-on. Go for it, mate: hanging guys in their pyjamas from leather nooses is legal in Kuwait. Might as well enjoy yourself, buddy.)
A couple of these are reposts, but better versions of the images without intrusive watermarks. Love the first one where his trousers have fallen down and you can see his boxers. Under the boxers is a nappy, if you look at some other Kuwait hanging pictures you can see the nappies: they need lots of layers, I guess, in case they shit themselves or get a hard on.

(The second rope in the first image is because the prisoner has just died, and so they are hauling him back up through the trap door to take the noose off). Not sure what the guy with the towel plans to do with it.... I shall leave that to someone's imagination. Deaddirty's, I expect.
