When I "interVIEW" (VIEW) my slave-candidates...I command them to bring a speedo so that I have them swim and hot tub them.
U see...the chlorine (in water) + hot tub water...saves a lot of time...and produces a clean and antiseptic exterior then I chlor them and string them up feet up head down. It's much more sanitary to have the head down when U cut the throat...(a great deal of blood). It is advisable to string the carcass above a sewer (enclosed space for privacy)...once again to dispose of all the blood. Once the carcass is "dry" de-gutting can commence. 2 very shallow incisions in the shape of a "V" (bottom down ends to the shoulders) + and straight cut to about 6 in from the bellybutton followed by an inverted "V" will allow for the convenient peeling back of the skin exposing the ribs and guts. Removal becomes a simple matter of pulling and cutting until the interior is vacant.
Then rinse the interior...and now the carcass is ready for butchering. There R additional steps. But enough 4 now.
