10-year-old Anna Sabrina Secretario Tolentino was hospitalized on July 29, 2016 due to "constipation", where an iron was implanted to defecate, however her butt bled. She was discharged the next day. On August 1 that year, she was hospitalized again where she was diagnosed with acute appendicitis. She was left untreated by her doctors that resulted in her death.

Julie Pearl L. Morales (November 9, 1993 - August 23, 2016), of Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines, was hospitalized on August 13, 2016. She died ten days later. Some suggest that she had a vehicular accident. But, I personally comment that she was naturally sick, possibly due to overweight. She was buried on August 31, 2016.
