I am with you.

Can I just ask you one personal question, about something that's been puzzling me:

How come you speak such good English? Are you British ex-pat?

The death of young Marcus has generate tons of comments on the internet, many vile ones unfortunately.

I went on liveleak to look at the comments, and like you said, many of them were vile, so vile in fact that I felt totally sickened by the human race in general. But then I noticed that the foul ones, where people sneered at Marcus or made sick jokes about him, got loads of "thumbs down" votes, and the kind ones, where people showed they cared, got equal numbers of "thumbs up" votes. So maybe there's hope for humanity after all.

(By the way, Meatpie, I now think my question about your country of origin was very cheeky, and I wish I hadn't asked it. It's just that I'd been reading a remarkable discussion you once had with ArrowMan about Sigmund Freud, and, you know, your use of English made me wonder...)

Nothing brave about this. Suicide is an escape from reality. A coward's way out, or an insane person's short-sighted solution to life's challenges.

I sympathize deeply with this young man, but in no way feel suicide should be glorified by calling the act "brave." Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. That makes it an illogical act as well.

Despite the harsh realities of what suicide is, my condolences to this guy's family and friends who have to deal with the tragic and traumatic fall-out. Not unusual for parents to eventually break up after the suicide of an offspring. The ones who remain behind get the worse end of the deal. While the deceased is relieved of their pain, the pain goes on for those left.

In my lifetime, I've counseled dozens of suicidal teens. The last thing I wanted to do was to label the act "brave." It just might have become the tipping point for them to carry out their self-destructive fantasy, and would have been an absolutely reckless move on my part.

You are right that it is cowardice and it is being God. It is as wrong as murdering another person. We don't have that right.

Dead over a month now, as his body slowly rots under the swedish ground, i sometimes wonder if his soul has eternal life or is also rotting in the eternal darkness of his casket now buried deep under the European ground.

his body slowly rots under the swedish ground.

Marcus was cremated. There is no more free burial ground in Europe, dead people here are getting burnt like trash, like in the Nazi concentration capms. Only wealthy people can still afford to buy graves in the old cemetry.

My grandpa was smart enough and bought a family grave years ago. When I croak my cock and feet will be laid to rest there too. Bodies here are put in "double-decker" graves.

Sometimes it's tree bodies in one grave it has been more than 15 years since the last funeral.

Granny's brother who died aged 30 in 1970 was buried first, then his parents croaked in 1995 and went ontop of him and now in 2010 we put the husband of granny's sister.

Three in one.

Although space is not a big issue in this area (yet), the problem many families are facing is the extreme cost. Its not enough to pay a few thousand dollars for a plot, local codes require a burial crypt. Its just a concrete box to put in the ground to put a casket in. Its supposed to prevent contamination of ground water and there are also a lot of fees. Poorer families often opt for cremation and the ashes thrown away in a dumpster. The stuff is buried in a landfill which I think is a waste of fertilizer.

As far as I am concerned, my dead body has no value and it can be disposed of in least expensive manner possible. Having grown up on a farm, I frequently witnessed animals dying. I came to the conclusion that death is a natural process that makes all living things equal. I don't dig a fancy grave for every cow or chicken that dies. Why should it be any different for me.

I have always been curious about what the real purpose of the death industry is. So Meatpie, why is a burial important to you? What do you feel is significant about being buried in a cemetery with your name engraved on a stone for people to ignore? People will forget you in a short time and their lives will go on anyway.

As admin and founder of CDG when I croak people will from around the world will flock to my grave to put flowers and say what a nice dude I really was and what struggle I put up against the enemies of CDG.

The dude that will inherit CDG will aslo promise to keep my memory alive. My threads will become epic.

I also want a RIP MEATPIE clip uploaded to youtube

:hard lol:
I also have naked photos of myself playing dead as a young guy that I collected over the years.

I want those released on the internet too.

I will also arrange for my autopsy video to be released on the internet in High Definition.

Hope that answers your question.

I guess we all need to dream sometimes. If I have to be buried when I die, I hope to be laying on top of some young hot guy in my box. He doesn't have to dead, just securely bound:yes:

Meatpie, have you seen the tombstones that have a built in video screen. You can have videos of yourself displayed for all to see. They are solar powered and are supposed to be good for a long time. Would you also consider having a web cam installed in your coffin so we can all keep an eye on you?

Dead two months now, hopefully young Marcus has found the peace he was searching for in a somewhat cruel and non understanding world.

In 1980 Marcus didn't exist. Now he doesn't exist again. In other words, he's back in the condition he was in in 1980: no loneliness, no darkness, no pain... Marcus is NOTHING.

Snerdguy, there's an American firm that actually installs such web cams, together with a lighting system, so your friends can watch you rot. Their sales pitch? "Just because you're dead doesn't mean you can't have folks round to visit." Now that's my kind of firm!

Makes sense unfortunately the way life and death work is one of the biggest mysteries humanity has yet to solve.

I've heard of them somewhere. The idea is interesting. Maybe funeral homes will offer the service to families for an extra fee. Or, they might put it in all of caskets of the hot guys and sell the video on pay per view. As far as watching me rot, they have to be very patient. I've consumed so many foods with so many preservatives that it will take a long time for me to decay. Considering how much chicken I eat, I'm probably embalmed with formaldehyde already. The nitrites from all of the hot dogs I've eaten should make any bacteria think twice before eating my flesh. If I should live another ten years I'll be so loaded with chemicals they'll bury my body in a toxic waste dump.

Chemicals can make even pigs lips and rat meat taste delicious especially when they're shaped like a wiener.

Snerdguy, you're a riot, you know that? You Yanks have to be the funniest fuckers on the planet!

that's absolutely true. trouble is, most of humanity reckon they HAVE solved it, but there are so many different "solutions"... and what do we get as a result? muslim fanatics shouting allahu akhbar! while they cut kids' heads off, gays being beaten to death cos they're "an abomination in the eyes of the lord", abortionists being murdered in the states... fuck all "believers"! fuck them!
