Ana Michelle Salazar Cariño
Before 21-year-old
Ana Michelle "Che" Salazar Cariño was laid to rest on July 22, 2015, her fiancé "Dez" (I know his real name, but I am going to name him due to privacy concern) posthumously gave her the wedding ring and necklace since they never married. (Note: Posthumous marriage is not recognized in the Philippines, only France recognizes it) Che's t-shirt has the inscription "Soulmate". Finally, he kissed on her lips before closing her casket.
I was not able to find her cause of death until I watched the segment of the August 2, 2015 episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (One at Heart, Jessica Soho):

Here's the summary: Both of them did not finish college, so they worked at a factory where they first met each other. Months later, they became together (August 1, 2013). However, they sometimes argued with each other. Later on, she got pregnant, in which her pregnancy is so sensitive. So when she gave birth, she lost her vision for 3 days. Luckily, both she and her baby survived. Dez's fears began when Che got sick where her feet were inflamed, she got a high fever. Her disease was not immediately traced until doctors in Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital in Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines diagnosed her that she had low levels of hemoglobin. On July 9, 2015, she was rushed to Quirino Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City, Metro Manila where her symptoms such as inflamed hands and high fever were shown. Doctors told them that she had low levels of hemoglobin that required her blood transfusion. At midnight on July 16, 2015, she was transferred to the intensive care unit due to her back pain and coughing and vomiting with blood. In the morning of July 17, 2015, she passed away. Her cause is listed as "acute respiratory failure" as indicated on her death certificate.
