Some poeple believe it is an embalming mark. I don't know why.

That high on the neck isn't a known incision point for an embalmer. Usually they'd pick more discreet spots like near the clavicle or in the armpit, for ease of concealment with the dress.

Darlyn S. Estrada was shot twice to death by a motorcycle driver in Brgy. Anolid, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, Philippines on September 12, 2016. According to the news post, she was rushed to the hospital, but was later declared dead on arrival. However, it appears that she died on the scene. She was a candidate of Ms. Pangasinan Merchant Marine Academy in Dagupan City in the said province in 2012. She gave birth to her daughter on July 15, 2015, also in Dagupan. The possible motive for her murder is concubinage.

Madel dela Cruz

16-year-old Madel dela Cruz died on October 4, 2016 due to sepsis secondary to ovarian cyst based on my analysis on the video comments.

I heard on the video that Madel's mother was going to be embalmed and advised Madel's widower to cover their nose whenever Madel was embalmed.

She succesfully gave birth to a baby girl on September 20, 2016 at José R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center in Santa Cruz, Manila, Philippines. But on September 30, she had an infection due to ovarian cyst. As a result, sepsis occurred (meaning, it poisoned her blood) that resulted in her death.

Cathyannjoy Riparip died of natural causes on January 21, 2017. She was laid to rest yesterday, January 30, 2017.
