Charlotte Jill Alferez Alegre

Charlotte Jill Alferez Alegre (May 7, 1998 - June 6, 2017) died at 8:55 PM on June 6, 2017 at Philippine Children's Medical Center in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines due to acute myeloid leukemia. She is survived by her parents and brother.

Take note that the woman with short hair wearing white long sleeves and hairpin is actress Anne Curtis, who visited her wake.

Aside from Ivy and Haze, another Resorts World Manila employee named Jellah Ramos Tabuena (June 4, 1986 - June 2, 2017), of Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines, died of the same cause of death as Ivy and Haze. Her husband, who is also an employee of that workplace, fortunately survived. But, she left her son without a mother following her death. Also, she was supposed to celebrate her 31st birthday. :very very sad:

It is because the coffin has a glass plate. It is traditional in the Philippines funeral practices.

I just want to clarify further regarding the video. The video was taken in February 2017 in Japan, not just prior to her death. According to her brother's Facebook post: (translated)

Not all you have seen or watched in YouTube and Facebook are believable. It should not be thinking that is true. Pitchie's video was recorded last February [2017] in Japan. That was the time she was depressed, and she was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. She died here in the Philippines last June 1 because she suffered from cardiac arrest according to her doctors. She died in the house of her friend named Mary. I would like to inform all of you that I am not involved in alleged issues that I was the one who punished her. Actually, I told her to come back to the Philippines by June because I will also come back home to know her complaints against me. We did not communicate with each other. I felt heartbroken because I was accused of being an addict. Meanwhile even in my life, I never tried that [drugs]. To those who judged me, you don't know the truth so please do not affect the children including mine regarding this issue. If whoever wants to know the truth, approach me. I will provide evidence that I am innocent. I am not going to deactivate my Facebook account to prove to all of you that you are thinking wrong. Thank you.

Based on my interpretation, she overdosed but survived. On the day of her death, she was too depressed that resulted in stress buildup. Thus, cardiac arrest occurred.

To those who shared that video, you said that she died right after. But the truth is, she did not die because she overdosed. She died of cardiac arrest here in the Philippines, not in Japan. Plase, know first if it is true. I am not judging you, I know that whoever watched that video is believable. Because, we admit that what she did is believable. Please, be responsible to everybody in sharing those sensitive themes here in social media. Not all are true. Analyze carefully first because it might affect the life of every individual mentioned.

Three more photos of Ivy's funeral. She was laid to rest yesterday, June 10, 2017 at Olongapo Memorial Park in her hometown, Olongapo City.
