Patay ang isang ginang na sinasabing may sakit na epilepsy matapos itong sumpungin ng sakit habang nag-iigib ng tubig at mahulog sa 100 talampakan na lalim ng balon nitong Sabado ng umaga.
Tumagal ng apat na oras ang retrieval operation sa biktima na nakilalang si Alexis Plaza, 22anyos at Brgy. Sto. Cristo, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan dahil nahirapan ang rescue team.
Nasa 100 talampakan kasi ang lalim ng balon at nasa 2 talampakan lamang ang lapad kayat gumamit pa ng breathing apparatus ang rescue team para marating ang katawan ng biktima at makabitan ng harness bago naiahon.
Bukod sa pagkakalubog sa tubig ay may malaking sugat sa ulo ang biktima at iba pang bahagi ng katawan ng maiahon.
Wala namang nakikitang foul play ang mga otoridad sa nasabing insidente.
Balak na rin daw ng mga residente doon na takpan na ang naturang balon upang maiwasan na maulit ang naturang insidente.

Woman, suffered from epilepsy, fell to the well... dead.

An epileptic woman died after suffering from a bout of illness while harvesting water and then fell to 100-foot-deep well this Saturday morning [May 9, 2015].
The retrieval operation lasted for four hours for the victim who was identified as 22-year-old
Alexis Plaza, of Brgy. Santo Cristo, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan [Philippines] because the rescue team were difficult [to retrieve her].
The well is 100 feet deep and 2 feet wide, so the rescue team needed breathing apparatus to approach the victim's body and installed her with harness before pulling up.
Aside from staying underwater, the victim suffered from major wound to her head and other parts of her body when her body was recovered.
The authorities found no foul play on the said incident.
Residents are planning to cover that well to avoid that incident again.
