They did survive that hanging. They were rescued by enraged townfolk who stormed the gallows and cut them down.
Later, they were captured and hanged again in what looks like a prison shed.

At one point, the dude in black puts his own head in the noose. That's the 2nd time I've seen this in Iranian videos. I think everyone in that country has a noose fetish.

It's shaky and the resolution is poor, but I have to give the photographer credit for not running away (like the goon in the ski mask) when the shooting started.
I dont imagine this will stay on YouTube for very long, so download if you want to save it.
