Probably to check for evidence - shit or spunk (semen) in his clothes as confirmation that death was by hanging (the hanged man does not always shit or cum but it is quite common - in Indonesia they sometimes report it in press as confirmation of suicde but in the West it would never be reported publicly - is it ever reported in Malaysia?). Or bruising, bullet holes etc as evidence that death was not really by hanging - sometimes a murdered man is 'hanged' to make it look like suicide, so they will need to check.
I sometimes find good pics or vids from Malaysia by using Google Translate, but I am sure there is plenty that I do not find that way - you will always find more in your own language, or by search engines optimised for your language (Google Translate works quite well between european languages, but much less well for translating Asian langages into English). If you find good Malaysian material that is not on here, please do post it!
