Vehicular homicide case from Mexico

Dead body of 25-year-old woman was found on a road in Mexico City with traumatic injuries consistent with gettting run over. Police conclusion was that a rival cartel deliberately ran the woman over in what is called vehicular homicide. Not common method of killing someone but certainly not unheard of.
