On November 25, 2017, 19-year-old Coleen Dianica Rafer de Leon was hit by a blue Toyota car driven by 36-year-old seaman Lechinirie de Castro in a traffic accident in Olongapo City, Zambales, Philippines. She was rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
