This pic is a fake, I've seen it a round on the web. If you don't believe me ask yourself this.

Why does she only have mud on her ass and feet and not her legs?

1.What is because she was drag out of the water on her back dead and that's why she has mud on her feet and ass?

A. No! because if she was dragged out dead why doesn't she have mud on her legs, If she has rigor mortis her legs are obviously fixed in the straight position which means if she was dragged on her back her legs would have gotten muddy also. Even if she doesn't have rigor mortis the dragging action would cause her legs to be straighten like in the above photo which mean she'd have mud on them. I doubt that she was dragged off with her legs bent, below will prove why.

B. Also examine her feet closer, she only have mud on her foot pad near the toes and her heel, but have no mud on the arch of her feet, what does this mean?
I means that she was walking when she got the mud on her feet. Could it had been before she was murdered that she was walking in the mud or being dragged off before she was drowned and that's how she got the mud on her feet. That's absurd! Because if she had gotten mud on here feet by walking it would had surely been washed off when she was drowning while thrashing in the water "Her feet weren't tied"(Amateur Killer). So that only means that the mud got on her feet after she was out of the water.

2. Ask yourself why is her head in that position? I'm not saying that's an unusual way for a person to be position when they die, because I have seen dead bodies contorted in many different positions. So it rigor mortis? say if it was than that means her legs are stiff also, which means she should had mud on her legs.

3. Lastly , she has signs of life. If she were drowned why does she have blood flow in her feet, hands, and ass? That redness means that she has oxygenated blood in her body. Less than two minute after asphyxiation(Choked/suffocated/Drowned) a person loses their color due lack of Oxygen = This is a fake!. Case closed. This is a insult to true dead women!

And if this was taken before she was dragged anywhere? Your entire argument falls on an assumption that she was dragged to and/or from somewhere. Take that assumption away and nothing fits anymore.

The only argument that comes close to holding up on it's own is the final one, but even there you defeat your own argument while stating it. It could be that she was killed immediately before this picture was taken, less than 2 minutes before. No mud marks from dragging, no rigor mortis, no noticeable loss of color.

But, to be fair, then the position of her head is unaccounted for as it is, as you said, very awkward. In this case the only proper assumption is that it's intentionally proped up by a rock, or some object, by the killer/photographer.

Is this a fake? Maybe and I think most likely it is, but there's not enough evidence to make a judgement one way or the other. Tracking down the actress and photographer is the only means of proving it. Until then, it's unknowable.

Just to cover all bases here and not make any incorrect assumptions, don't assume she's dead. There's the possibility that she is alive in the photo and was killed shortly after being subdued and restrained.

Or maybe she's not been killed at all! The next "Junko", so to say.

Anyway, the larger point is that this womans fate is unknowable. Anyone claiming knowledge of death needs to prove it with evidence from law enforcement, and anyone claiming it's fake needs to track down the actress and/or photographer. Until then, let's next bring this argument up again, yeah? :) It's pointless with the lack of evidence.

Yes, I need help too...except from YouTube, where they banned all good videos, I am unable to download vids from any other source including this site. Is there any advice how to do that? 4shared.com you must be registered too since this year. Is there any such download manager as for YouTube for other video sources too?
