Just to cover all bases here and not make any incorrect assumptions, don't assume she's dead. There's the possibility that she is alive in the photo and was killed shortly after being subdued and restrained.
Or maybe she's not been killed at all! The next "Junko", so to say.
Anyway, the larger point is that this womans fate is unknowable. Anyone claiming knowledge of death needs to prove it with evidence from law enforcement, and anyone claiming it's fake needs to track down the actress and/or photographer. Until then, let's next bring this argument up again, yeah? It's pointless with the lack of evidence.
