The one thing that I find odd with this, is that when I saw the tent they were in, it seemed to be alone in an open area. Here, she appears to be next to a cinder block wall as her head comes off. I also wonder, "What happened to them BEFORE they were killed?" She is wearing only panties, and she starts off face down. She puts up no resistance; I would think that she would kick and use every ounce of her strength in an attempt to live until the blood was cut off from her brain. Clearly, there's more to this, and perhaps pictures of her friend's body? It is a shame that that nice body lay wasted. Warm and ready, plus so much beautiful fresh meat. After all of that effort to commit a heinous crime, why waste the trophy?
