I suppose it is fake given when you've said, but that's assuming she's dead already. If she's unconcious it would explain the lack of evidence of death, as well as lack of being wet (I assume she is/was thrown in water to drown). But that means that the killer(s) took the picture. Which is retarded. But it happens.

I'd like to see the art site where it came from. That's really the only way to prove it's fake :\
