Actually a funeral home. There's a sign just above. Funeral Homes double as morgues here since they have the facilities to process dead bodies (most of the time)
 
A Bangladeshi woman died at the hospital, and was on her way to morgue/funeral home.

A 21-year-old college student was found raped and murdered on a creek in Brgy. Hacienda Intal, Baggao, Cagayan, Philippines last morning today, October 12, 2017. Only a crime scene photo is available online so far. Here's the description:

Sa inisyal na report, kinilala ng pulisya ang biktima na si Fedelyn Danga y Abalos, 21-anyos, 2nd year College student at residente ng Brgy. Hacienda, Baggao Cagayan.
Sinasabing huli itong nakita ng mga kaklase pasado alas-7:00 ng gabi kagabi matapos ang pang-gabi nilang klase.
Natagpuan kanina lamang umaga ang wala ng buhay na dalaga sa gilid ng isang drainage canal sa hangganan ng Barangay Santor at Hacienda Intal ng nasabing bayan.
Batay sa kaniyang FB account siFedelyn Danga o Lhyne sa kaniyang palayaw ay kasalukuyang kumukuha ng BSBA sa Saint Joseph College, San Jose Baggao.
Ayon sa mga komento ng mga kaibigan at kaanak ng biktima ay marami itong pangarap sa buhay kay pinagsasabay ang pagtratrabaho at pag-aaral kung saan namamasukan ito.
Inilarawan din ito ng mga kaibigan at kaklase na napakabait at napakalambing kaya labis na lamang ang galit ng mga ito sa taong lumapastangan at pumatay sa dalaga.
Sa ngayon ay patuloy ang imbestigasyon ng PNP Baggao para matukoy at managot ang salarin.

THE FACEBOOK PAGE OF A 2ND YEAR COLLEGE STUDENT WHO WAS RAPED AND MURDERED IN BAGGAO, CAGAYAN IS FLOODED WITH CONDOLENCES AND CALLS FOR JUSTICE!
The Facebook page of a student who was found murdered and apparently raped in the town of Baggao, Cagayan was flooded with calls for justice and condolences.
According to the initial report, the victim is identified as 21-year-old 2nd year college student Fedelyn Abalos Danga, resident of Brgy. Hacienda [Intal], Baggao, Cagayan.
She was reportedly last seen by her classmates after 7:00 PM last night after her night class.
The girl's lifeless body was found last morning on a drainage canal at the boundary of Brgy. Santor and Hacienda Intal in the said town.
According to Fedelyn "Lhyne" Danga's Facebook account, she is currently taking BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) at Saint Joseph College, San Jose, Baggao.
The victim's relatives and friends commented that she had many ambitions of her life, so she worked [did not explicitly state, but possibly as a housemaid] while studying.
Her friends and classmates described her as pleasant and friendly, therefore they are angry at suspects who raped and murdered a girl.
As of now, the PNP Baggao is continuing their investigation to identify the suspects and bring them to justice.
