Maegan Anne Noble & April Love Bien

At around 10:30 AM on September 16, 2017, two women were shot to death by two unidentified men on a motorcycle inside their tricycle at Meciano Road, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. They were said to be ATM scammers.

The woman in white was identified as 30-year-old April Love Bien (shown on the last two alive photos), who died on the scene, while the woman in black was identified as 21-year-old Meagan Anne Noble (shown on the first six alive photos, take note on the sixth photo when she visited her accomplices in a jail cell just before the shooting), who later died at the hospital. By the way, we share our residence city, which is Pasay City. Since this is an unjustified shooting, justice for them. :(
