Sad. Suicide is such a waste. Kudos to the mortician though, because of the outstanding job with the makeup. It looks very natural, even though you can tell there's actually quite a lot of makeup applied when examining the face carefully. Not sure what's with the close-ups of the girl's feet though, since they reveal there's still dirt on her toes and under her toenails that hasn't been cleaned off. I'm guessing her bare feet weren't meant to be viewed with the casket half closed.

Christina "Tina" Rivera Slater (January 28, 1997 - October 11, 2011), daughter of the late English immigrant Christopher John Slater (August 19, 1947 - March 14, 2017), committed suicide by hanging on a tree in Comox, British Columbia, Canada. Her family problems, not bullying, motivated her to commit suicide, such as slashing on her wrists (as seen on one of the photos), in which she survived. But by hanging, she did not. Notice the scarf around her neck to cover her ligature marks. She was laid to rest on October 18, 2011.

NOTES: There are three albums uploaded by Chris. But, I omitted two duplicate photos and twelve photos that were taken outside her funeral home including "Tina's tree" in Comox because I don't understand it whether it is her favourite tree or it is the tree where she hanged herself. Lastly, I included the coroner's report about her death.

Usually they wash the body and make sure it's totally clean before a funeral, I'm not sure why her feet are that visibly dirty because they did such a decent job on the face.
