Charisse Claire de Jesus (January 8, 2003 - November 22, 2016) fell while riding the Octopus at a fun fair in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines at 8:30 PM on November 18, 2016. She slipped into comatose and never woke up after. She was buried on November 26.
