It happened on November 2, 2016 in Zamboanga City, Philippines. Here is the full description:

-BABAE NA BIKTIMA NG SUMMARY EXECUTION NATAGPUAN SA ISANG DRAINAGE-
ZAMBOANGA CITY-Natagpuan sa isang lugar sa lungsod ng Zamboanga ang labi ng isang babae biktima umano ng summary execution sa Barangay Limpapa sa nasabing lungsod.
Sa drainage nakita ang katawan ng babae na hindi pa pinangalanan pasado alas 06:00 ng umaga at may tama ng bala sa ulo.
Base sasa salaysaly ng imbestigador ng kaso tinatayang nasa 20-30 anyos ang edad ng biktima na may suot na brown na kamiseta at maong pants at may taas na 5'2 at fair complexion.
Hinala ng pulisya, katatapon lang ng bangkay nang matagpuan ito.
Inaalam na ng awtoridad ang pagkakakilanlan ng biktima at Iniimbestigahan na rin kung sino ang nasa likod ng nasabing krimen.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

-FEMALE VICTIM OF SUMMARY EXECUTION FOUND ON A DRAINAGE-
ZAMBOANGA CITY - In Zamboanga, A female victim of summary execution was found in Barangay Limpapa in the said city.
An unidentified female body was found on a drainage past 06:00 AM and suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
According to the case investigator's statement, the victim was aged between 20-30, was wearing brown shirt and jeans, was 5'2" high, and had fair complexion.
The police suspects, the corpse was recent dumped when she was found.
The authorities are identifying the victim's identity, and they will invesgation the perpetrator of the said crime.

 
17-year-old Pauline Acuña dela Cruz was found raped and murdered on the roadside at Kaingin, Brgy. Sto. Tomas North, Jaen, Nueva Ecija, Philippines on November 22, 2016. At early morning that day, she asked her parents that she would jog along with her cousin. Few hours later, she was found lifeless without her lower clothes removed. Her cousin and uncle (Leopoldo dela Cruz and Leonald? [not sure of his spelling] dela Cruz, I think they are father and son) are the suspects of this crime.

Hm - are attachments automatically reduced in size, or have I done something wrong? Should have been 720x720, not 648x648.
