it's actually an accidental effect I discovered with my camera. If you waive you hand and snap a pic, it makes a blur. Kinda like slowing the shutter speed on cameras (old ones anyways). I just kept perfectly still and moved my eyes back and forth and voilà. Thought it would combine well with the look.
