I hate to let everybody down, but I believe these photos are part of a high school anti-drinking and driving program that many schools put on each year. It's all staged in front of high school students (and photographed and video taped) as a way to "shock" them into not drinking and driving. The staging uses senior students and takes place from the "scene of the accident" all the way to the morgue and funeral. That's why we have a bunch of school kids looking not-too-serious in the background of pic #1. As a matter of fact, that looks like a school building in the background. I'm pretty sure I'm right on this.
