Hot Dead Insurgent

A pale dead inurgent lies with his guns - riddled with bullets. I think he is rather cute!!

This is 6 years old lifted out of my personal archive - dated 2005 - its a personal favorite - but do you remember him?

These were among the first gore photos i ever viewed. Brings back great memories.

Do you remember these? These guys were executed with bayonets. You can see the soldiers sticking them right in - in pic 2 you can see the bayonet goes through the guy and sticks out his back.

These remain among my favorites, despite their age. Originals dated 1971 - I collected them first in the 1990's - these are the best quality from my archive.

Sri Lankan Attocities

I am doing some housekeeping on my archive ready for the new year - this one is more recent than some of the others and likely well known - but a useful reminder of some of the attocities carried out towards the end of the Civil War in Sri Lanka

Do you remember this one? Its an OLD favorite and great photo.

The bodies of 2 dead guys lie together at the bottom of a lift shaft. Part of a small series of pics showing the early use of photography as a valuable tool in recording the details of a crime scene. Today, photography at a crime scene is standard practice.

These older cameras were capable of recording images in 'HUGE' detail - despite the slow emulsions and physical size of some of the cameras.

Although its old - I hope you enjoy this great photo as much as I do.

I have always LOVED this picture.
