These are old - established collectors will remember these - they originate from the same photo. The B/W one was obtained from an educational handout - so I have included it alongside the color one.

My notes say this guy was jacking off while strangling himself with a belt. You can see his hand near his dick. To increase his sexual pleasure, the belt was made tighter by pulling on ropes tied to his feet. This killed him - because as he approached climax he pulled tighter and tighter - blacked out and the weight of his legs continued pulling the rope even tighter causing death by asphyxiation.
