Sorry for the multiple postings, but this guy really gets me hard. I can't stop looking at the photos!
Judging by the angle of the sunlight, it's either early morning or very late in the day. I suspect early morning, because they would have done this at night. Which means that they took the guy out to a lonely rural place to shot him. He probably knew that he was going to his death, but when you have a few guys with guns, there isn't much you can do.
What's odd is that he must have been difficult to stand up tied up that way, so I assume that he was sitting on the ground with his legs around the pole. Then they probably tied his hands together around the pole. It looks like he is wearing some sort of thick padded gloves, or maybe they just used some clothes to wrap around his hands. Then they took a yellow shirt and tied his hands. Then they took another shirt (or are they shorts) to tie his feet together. and the tied those feet in a really tight knot. Of course, they didn't have to tie his feet -- once his hand are tied around the pole, he's not going anywhere. But they did that to let him know that there is no chance for escape and to make him feel totally helpless.
His left arm really shows bulging muscles -- the guy worked out regularly. It's hard to tell exactly where he was shot, but it looks like the neck or the head. So he's sitting on the ground just like we see him, hand and feet tied around the pole. Someone crouches down and puts a gun to his head or neck and shoots him. He falls to the left.
If it were me, I'd give him a nice goodbye kiss and then thank him for working out and leaving such a hot corpse for our enjoyment. I'd give his crotch a firm squeeze, and then shoot him.
