I've said this before regarding bestdeaths videos. If videos are posted here that are copyrighted, those who post them and those who encourage their posting risk that the sites and companies that made the videos and copyrighted their works may well go out of business due to not getting paid for their investment in their creations. Also, those who copyrighted the works would be within their rights to pursue legal action against those who post them illegally, those who download them illegally, and sites that they are posted on illegally, including this one. So keep on posting copyrighted works here, you may well lose the source, face lawsuits and in a worst case scenario, you may lose THIS SITE!

Most sites don't mind if you post the clips they release as teasers to help sell their stuff. It's when the entire full clip that they sell gets posted and shared that they rightfully object. It's the same as going into Walmart and stealing a copy of the latest hot movie without paying for it.

There is nothing to indicate where the clips came from, so no way to know if they are copyrighted. Perhaps everyone who posts there own material here should include a statement about what people may do or not do with them. Then we will know what is available to be downloaded from this site and what is just for us to look at. Unfortunately, many pay sites that trawl free sites and repost aquired material on their paysites ignore claims of copyright. I have had a paysite threaten me for posting my own material because they had lifted the images from a free site and then posted it on their website and claimed copyright. Are these clips actually copyrighted?
