I know of a better drug that does that without the "shitty feeling" that Benadryl gives you.
Pancuronium - you'd be paralyzed but fully aware. It's used in general anesthesia and lethal injection.

I have read great amounts about it. You put a bag over your head and feed the helium into the bag (you can get the helium in containers at any party store. It is quick and thus oyu do not panic and try to get the bag off - it is ideal for a suicde.

being completely wrapped in saran wrap is a real turn-on. When they come to do the head, you are powerless if they decide to cover both the nose and mouth and that is part of the rise one gets. Only side effect is getting really hot and sweaty.
