Made tarator today, typical summer meal here.

Its a cold soup, very refreshing in the heat.

Just some bread and what you put on it. Tuna salad.
 
Not bad. I also just made chocolate pudding.

Chinese roasted meat. In china, people like to eat roasted meat and vegetables, such as, beef, mutton, pork, chicken, sausage, mushroom, potato, and steam bread, as shown in following pictures.

So which one of these did you cook yourself?
 
Today I made bacon, seasoned with non-salted spices.
Creamed Spinach and boiled potatoes, no salt added.

Very tasty and yummy :)

We don't have this here, I see you eat it often.

Guess its considered healthy.

But whats the cream made of?

hehe, not really....

It is made of diluted dairy, mixed in with spinach. It is very tasty and creamy.

Btw can you eat fish? Its salty but lots of impotant protein and fats.

You leave near the sea, is there a lot of fish in the supermarket?

In Bulgaria, people on the black sea coast eat a lot of fish, fresh from the water but in areas like Sofia, in the middle of the Balkans all fish needs to be refrigerated.
 
I can eat fish, no problem :D

I love salmon, Macrel, Harring, Pangasius Filet.

So, you gonna give me a fish home cooked meal?

I cannot hardly wait ;)

I eat only mackerel. Wanto to try shark one day but too expensive.

I am on restricted Protein and potassium intake...

So not much for me unfortunatly...
