Ever get a knot in your shoelace? It can take a while to undo even when you can see what you are doing. I only wonder if he had that "Oh Shit!" moment of realizing that the knot was stuck, or maybe he just passed out as he blew his wad. I hope that is how it went down.

Yes, I nearly died once ! I had made a tie knot with a lace and I didn't know how to remove it. Fortunately I had scissors close by me. And I had an infernal headache after that incident.
