i think it's time that CDG as a community adapt a new mandatory rule of no postings of any guy under the age of 18.
we owe this to ourselves as a community as well as for our own safety and well being.
lets consider that a person DOES NOT have to be in the nude to be considered pornographic , lets use our foot fetishists here as a example, speaking for myself, I can easily get off to the images of feet without having to see the rest of the body naked, so for me, bare feet signify pornography.
we need to insist that the under 18 rule be imposed here a.s.a.p. !
don't think any of us are beyond being investigated and prosecuted, I say its about time we start playing it safe and adapt this policy here.
otherwise people, don't say I didn't warn you.

I totally agree! There is no reason to have under 18 on this site. That means in photos or stories! It's perfectly possible to post photos or write hot erotic stories where the participants are over the age of 18! I've written several stories, none with the participants being minors, and have gotten good reviews on them. All under 18 postings do is invite unwanted and unnecessary attention to our site.

Let's face it: we all agree to being sexually aroused by what's displayed here.
It would be completely incredible if we'd state we'd not be excited by pics of minors (defined as less than 18 years of age).
Therefore I'd welcome very much a forum rule stating that pics of minors (1 are not welcomed at this forum.

Even if we adopt such a rule there is no way we can verify the ages of all the dudes our members post.

What about the posts where the title actually states the age or ages of the victim? And stories where the age is given, like "he was 17 years old, if that"? Those leave no doubt!

I know you can't keep all underage stuff out, as some will be open to interpretation, but do we need posts where the age is blatantly given that the victim IS under 18? You even had a poll on this a while back, and as I recall the vast majority supported this change.

The only way CDG can come protect itself from under 18 drama, is to have a mitigation and impact reduction plan in place for just in case, this basically means by any chance one does slip through the net, one can prove that they did everything they could to minimize this risk.....mitigation and impact reduction plans is what I am asking CDG to seriously consider.

Less drastically, on the first page a visitor sees when first visiting this site, emphasis more that under 18 is not allowed and also on the log on page above the long on, restate this above log on box (and maybe even ask CDG for their help in reporting any suspicious related activity, it should be big enough so that is it visible even as they are logging in.
