It's the same with real autopsy videos.

I have videos of young girls getting cut open in morgue but only a handful of young fit guys.

I agree. I like the woman killing the guy stuff, but I'm obviously not watching to look at her.

It's this way with many things, I've noticed. For example, I've searched for porn involving hot Gothic guys (m/f and m/m are both fine by me) but it doesn't seem to exist. It's very frustrating! Of course, it's to be expected. Most porn is directed at strait men, after all.

I think the problem has to do with it being such a narrow niche. I closest thing I have seen is men raping a man that has been knocked out. It is very similar to raping a dead guy as he is helpless and doesn't move around or respond.
