Guy in lower left is the murderer, in this clip and in all the other clips from this movie. It's from a film called "Shanked" and done by ScreamKings

Shanked is excellent, I've got it on DVD from screamkings.com. It's mostly belly-stabbing (my fav), but there are hot strangle scenes too ;-)
