Deep within an unidentified city are endless abandoned corridors and rooms where men go to fuck in depraved ways. Some never make it back.
The main character is a boy who scrubs himself very clean

before descending into the depths where he loses himself in the hallucinogenic depravity. He gets himself killed and his body is carried to a mortuary

where it is washed

including the feet

and ass

and internal organs removed

before it is wrapped like a mummy

Meanwhile some of the other morticians are fucking the dead bodies

and cumming on their dead faces

while the heart and brain of the dead boy have been placed in his prized sneakers and put in a vault with all the other dead boys' shoes containing all the other dead boys' organs.
