I can almost hear the THUNK the top of his head made when it connected with the sidewalk. I'm wondering how all the bystanders could be so sure he was beyond help. Why was he just left lying there upside down? Wouldn't it have been prudent to at least make an attempt to save him? Give him some mouth-to-mouth and/or cardiac massage? He looks like he was such a nice young man too.
