I think it is fake. You never see him cutting totally the arm or the leg (withe bones) + when he cut the flesh on the ass or back, it remains yellow and not red as it should be.

Anyway, this is an exciting video and I would love being volunteer to be eaten, dismembered and fuck that way if someone is interested for real ... ;-)
 
The fresh bones are red because they are well supplied with blood, and not white. Under the skin is subcutaneous fat and that is yellow.

The criminal is a cow man. He strub knife in heart of victim, and NOT film the real dead scene. If he was a curious sadist, he cut arms, belly, legs, etc with man alive, to see the blood really flow out of him, do sexual acts - passive and active with wounded man and after this, cut his throat just before he dye... But, repeat, he is a cow !
