I can't see the injury that killed him. I guess it could be totally internal. There's something weird on the left side of his chest, just under the lifted T-shirt, but it doesn't look fatal. The sheet covering him in the last image looks kind of bloody, but I don't know where the blood would have come from.

I think I will shake him and yell "Lazarus, come forth!" It worked for Jesus.
