From the Showtime series The Borgias, season 3 episode 9, just broadcast yesterday.
Micheletto (played by Sean Harris) is a ruthless killer and henchman to Cesare Borgia. He meets a young artist named Pascal (played by 27-yr-old actor/model Charlie Carrick) and seduces him. They fall in love, but Micheletto assures Pascal that if he ever breathes a word about him, Micheletto would hunt him down and kill him. Unfortunately for Micheletto, Pascal is actually a spy. Unfortunately for Pascal, he actually falls in love. So when he knows Micheletto has found out about him, he doesn't run, but stays and allows Micheletto to kill him. He even uses chalk to write out the word "goodbye" so that Micheletto, who doesn't read or write, can copy it to leave a final message for Cesare. I've included the scene where Cesare finds Pascal's body, and Micheletto's final "goodbye" written in Pascal's blood.
For us fans of the willing victim scenario, seeing a scene like this in mainstream media is pure gold.
