Manila Police stopped a Taxi which was reported to have been carnapped, when the carnapper tried to flee he was shot dead and in the confusion the taxi driver who was innocent tried to run away in a panic and was also shot dead by the Police.
Police later claimed that the body of the Taxi Driver was found in the trunk yet crime scene photos show the taxi driver (in red) was in the middle of the street
