There are also rumors that this handsome soldier is an Belgian UN soldier, serving in the former Belgian Colony of Rwanda (or Congo) during the '90 massacre. According to the information I have read, he was ambushed, his ankles where cut so he could run and his genitals where amputated before he was shot to dead.

Looking at the details on the pic, its easy to tell that it isnt a WW2 or Vietnam / Korea pic. The materials, colors etc suggest that the pic is more recent.

This is more or less confirmed by the fact that his privates seem to be nicely shaven which became fashion in the late 80ties. But what a waste... Handsome and well endowed...
