22 year old Paulo Graziel dos Santos of Jackson do Pandeiro Street in João Mota was an ex con. He was a drug user and had previously been arrested was for drug trafficking.

According to witnesses, an individual known as “Tetéu” arrived on foot and approached the victim firing 3 shots with a revolver. He must have been a terrible shot cause only one bullet hit his target, but unfortunately for the victim, it hit him in the thigh and ruptured his femoral artery. Lucky for the hitman, I suppose who almost failed at his task.

The victim ran for about 200 meters, then fell and within minutes, died. Medics were alerted right away and got on the scene almost instantly, but by that time the victim lost almost all of his blood.
