The human being has two sphincters in the lower bowel. The anal sphincter and another about 6-8 inches up. The lower bowel evacuates when you shit, and then becomes empty, sealed from the lower intestine by the second sphincter. Thus you can have anal intercourse with a woman when the lower bowel is empty, and not necessarily encounter feces.
For a female to defecate during death, this will happen during her "death throes".
Feces are moved downward through the intestine by a phenomena called "peristalsis".
This is the sequential contraction of segments of the intestine squeezing the feces downward.
Peristalsis is induced by ischemia. Lack of oxygen to the tissues. There can be a neurological componant, but during a deliberate asphyxiation, hanging, garroting, strangulation, or ligature execution, if there is hypoxia feces will move towards the lower bowel. If this fills the feces will ooze out of her anus. This is likely when the killer brings the woman close to death, revives her, and does so again and again.
If you want to prove this, drop a rat or mouse you capture in a bucket of water and keep them underwater. You will find they will usually defecate and you will find a turd halfway out of their rectum.
