I'm trying to figure out how that happened. Was he actually skinned by another person (as opposed to losing his skin from the effects of fire and/or blast)? It looks like intentional mutilation, because of that straight line across the top of his forehead, where his intact scalp begins. It almost looks like one of those Mexican drug cartel jobs, where the skin of a victim's head is peeled off.

And the rest of him, we can assume, is perfectly intact. It would be amazing to have a camera pan up his nude body from his feet, everything looking perfect, until the camera reaches that grinning skull.
