I think the name of the movie is Psychomania. The leader of a biker gang called the Living Dead finds a way by using magic to cause his friends to die and come back to life to cause havoc with the living. The guy in the morgue killed himself by drowning himself by putting chains around his body and I think falling into a lake.

At least from a DVD, even if that does not mean much. Just in case someone is interested... some movies are so bad that they become good again. But I have not watched it, so I have no idea if this is the case here.

I was surprised how fast the free download option from Megaupload was. Will take a closer look in this movie over the weekend.
